OpenBricks provides an AI platform for sovereign AI adoption, enabling organisations to deploy, manage, and scale AI infrastructure with full EU compliance and data sovereignty.

Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice, particularly during the early-access period. We will endeavour to communicate material changes in advance where possible.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended exclusively for business users — you must be acting on behalf of a company or organisation, and must be authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

— attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the platform;

— introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software into the platform;

— use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;

— resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our prior written consent.

OpenBricks does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenBricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — even if OpenBricks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to OpenBricks in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
